- Customer Data (Critical - AI/Video Focus):
- Conversational Data: The content of all chat sessions, including transcripts of AI qualification flows and live agent interactions.
- Video Session Metadata: Participant identities, chat logs within the video session, and connection quality. We do not record video or audio unless explicitly initiated and consented to by both the Customer and the End User.
- Prospect Data: Intent signals, budget information, and company size gathered by the AI.
- Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the chat widget, Instant Video feature usage, and API calls made for CRM sync.
- Billing Data: Payment information (handled via PCI DSS-compliant third-party processor, e.g., Stripe/Braintree).
2. How We Use the Data
- To Provide Services: To manage your account, process payments, and provide the core functions of the Real-Time Sales Platform, including running and training the Conversational AI models specific to your account (Contractual Necessity).
- To Improve and Personalize: To monitor usage trends, diagnose technical problems, and optimize the global performance and accuracy of our Conversational AI and lead qualification algorithms (Legitimate Interest).
- Data Aggregation: We may anonymize and aggregate Usage Data to generate industry benchmarks (e.g., average lead response time) which we may share publicly or with other customers.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- Third-Party Service Providers: Categories include Cloud Hosting (e.g., AWS/GCP), payment processing, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics/Mixpanel), and email distribution.
- CRM Integrations: Data (qualified lead details, chat transcripts, video log URLs) is shared with the Customer's integrated CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) solely for the purpose of synchronizing Customer Data.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell personal data or Customer Data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
