Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • SaaS Model: The Real-Time Sales Platform is offered on a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription basis, billed monthly or annually.
  • Fees are Non-Refundable: All subscription fees, implementation fees, and configuration charges paid are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless explicitly stated in Section 3 below.
  • Subscription Continuation: Upon cancellation, the Customer retains full access to the platform and all configured features (Chatbot Flows, Instant Video settings) until the last day of the current prepaid billing term.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

  • How to Cancel: Users can initiate cancellation at any time via the Billing & Subscription section within their platform dashboard, or by submitting a written notice to billing@crowlit.com.
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect immediately but applies to the next scheduled renewal date.
  • Data Retention upon Cancellation (Industry Standard): Following the effective cancellation date, all Customer Data will be retained for a maximum of 30 days before permanent, irreversible deletion from all production servers, in line with modern data security best practices.

3. Refund Eligibility (The 'Money-Back Guarantee' Clause)

  • Initial Purchase Guarantee (Standard Offer): New customers on their first-ever paid plan are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
    • Condition: This guarantee is void if the account has processed over 100 qualified leads via the AI flow or hosted more than 5 Instant Video meetings.
  • Annual Subscription Prorata: Annual prepaid fees are non-refundable. If the Customer terminates an annual contract early for convenience, they forfeit the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Technical Failure: Refunds may be issued if the Service experiences persistent technical difficulties solely attributable to the Platform (e.g., the AI qualification flow is down for more than 72 continuous hours) and these issues cannot be resolved by support within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Custom development, integration fees, premium support upgrades, and one-time setup/implementation fees are non-refundable.
